Initial Chat: Through our advertising or international database, we conduct a first discussion over the phone for suitable applicants.
Face to Face Interview: Suitable applicants further through the process with an Elegance interview face to face in person or via Zoom.
Reference Checks: Three references are required, both written and verbal discussions will be required. Character references will be seen as a bonus reference.
Police Check Verification: Ensuring the candidate has a clear record.
Working with Children Check Verification: For roles requiring this certification.
Client Interview: A thorough interview with the client to assess suitability.
Trial Process - optional: Candidates may be required to undergo a trial to evaluate their performance in an on-the-job setting.
Contract Process: Finalising all employment details.
Onboarding: Welcoming the candidate into your household with a structured introduction and role outline.
Ongoing Support: Continuous support for both the client and employee to ensure long-term success.
